As the Outpatient Mental Health Supervisor, you will oversee our outpatient programs located in Cherry Hill and Berlin, NJ.
Schedule: Monday through Friday; 40-hour work week with two evenings onsite until 8pm; day shift three days per week; flexibility to meet program needs; on-call responsibilities; some virtual work based on needs of the program
Responsibilities:- Overall clinical, operational, and administrative of the Outpatient Mental Health program
- Provide oversight of therapists’ clinical records ensuring they meet all applicable agency policies for timeliness, regulatory and professional standards, and thoroughly document qualitative aspects of care
- Monitor staff productivity to ensure program meets contractual requirements and the needs of the community
- Plan, develop, and evaluate the quality and clinical efficacy of services
- Support a safe work environment, including engaging in crisis intervention as needed
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a highly motivated and effective team
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Provide administrative supervision, guidance, and coaching to therapists, interns, and administrative support staff
- Ensure staff compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and licensing requirements
- Conduct formal clinical supervision, as needed and in accordance with licensing board requirements
- All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:- Master’s degree in a recognized mental health discipline;
- NJ licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT;
- Two years of supervisory experience in social services setting (can be of interns, students, etc.);
- Five years of service provision in behavioral health setting;
- Valid NJ driver’s license
