Our programs service adults, children, and families. Your role will be essential to our success, and your efforts will influence our ability to provide treatment to our community.
Responsibilities- Participates in team-based care and shared decision-making, collaborates with other team members to support individuals in achieving recovery.
- Supports individuals in their self-chosen goals.
- Provides advocacy services including assisting individuals and families to navigate the behavioral health system, resource development, accompanying to appointments, milestones, or significant events, etc.
- Provides case management services to individuals and their families, supporting them in identifying service needs, referrals, and linkages as needed.
- Assists individuals in identifying consumer supports and exploring social and recreational activities.
- Supports individuals in daily living activities and independent living skills.
- Increases individuals’ self-determination and self-respect.
- Participates in weekly team meetings and case reviews.
- Documents all interactions and communicates with the team, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in the individual's electronic health record.
- Promotes consumer-driven services and a recovery-orientated environment; assists individuals and families in decision-making, taking action, and treatment planning, and provides education and information.

- High School Diploma or equivalent and one year experience in providing peer support in a behavioral health setting preferred.
- Knowledge of recovery-based concepts and interventions.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing.
Programs funded through SAMHSA must follow federal guidelines for a drug-free workplace.
