Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions
- Support independence, skill development, and positive behavior
- Implement individualized skill-building and treatment plans
- Accurately record session data using electronic devices
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment
- Build strong relationships with families
- Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment outcomes
- Experience as an ABA Therapist or experience working with children or individuals on the autism spectrum preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to communicate comfortably in Spanish.
- Willingness to learn and a strong passion for helping children with Autism
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations
- Reliable transportation
- Services are provided in clients’ homes and community-based locations
- All positions begin as part-time
- Completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course is preferred
- Minimum six-month commitment required
- Behavior Technician, ABA, or Registered Behavior Technician roles
- Education or early childhood development
- Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles
- After-school programs or camp counseling
- Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Healthcare support roles (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
