Being a Program Coordinator for Devereux has its Advantages
As a Program Coordinator, you will work with other dedicated professionals who share the passion for helping adults and youth that are in need. The Program Coordinator oversees the care of individuals assigned to their case load. This includes facilitating and actively participating in the coordination and documentation of planning team meetings, working with planning team members on individualized program plans and authorizations to ensure accuracy, serves as the liaison for Devereux and external parties and maintain the profile of the individual in the electronic health record.

The Program Coordinator reports directly to the Lead Program Coordinator. This is a hybrid position, but may require to come into the office on an as needed basis.
Competitive Compensation:$50,000 -$55,000 ( increase based on experience )
What Devereux Looks for in YOU:
+ Ensuring that Medicaid eligibility is maintained
+ Follow-up on Medicaid Eligibility lapses to ensure reinstatement in 30 days
+ Reviewing service plan authorizations to ensure accurate services are reflected
+ Working with the Program Director to address over/under utilization in the program
+ Working with Supports Coordinator to address inconsistencies between program needs and plan approval
Qualifications
You'd make a great Program Coordinator if you have:
+ Bachelor's degree preferred, or a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree.
+ Experience in Medicaid and treatment planning required
+ Previous experience working with the Division of Developmental Disabilities
+ 3 years' case management experience
+ Detail oriented
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ High level of initiative, accountability and professionalism.
+ Exceptional organizational and problem solving skills.
+ Ability to multi task and be deadline driven.
