As the Crisis Evening Manager, you will work within our Crisis Screening program located in Cherry Hill, Camden County. The Camden County designated Crisis Screening Center provides screening and stabilization services to adults and youth experiencing a psychiatric emergency 24/7, 365 days a year. Team members work to safely resolve behavioral health crisis through intervention, assessment and stabilization.
The incumbent must be able to work in a stressful environment and maintain quality and evidence-based care of adults & children in mental health distress, including but not limited to being a danger to themselves and/or others.
Responsibilities:
- Hold primary responsibility for efficient day-to-day functioning of the crisis unit and for the quality of care of the services rendered
- Provide supervision and coaching to direct care staff

Qualifications:
Master's (MA/MS) degree in mental health related field;
Registered Nurse (RN) license in a mental health related field plus one (1) year experience in a psychiatric setting with crisis experience;
Current screener certification;
- Valid Driver's License required.
