Qualified candidates will have the following:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish for effective communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related area, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong background in FMLA, disability, unemployment, and HR compliance.
• Proven ability to manage sensitive employee relations with discretion and professionalism.
• SHRM-CP certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
• Experience supporting multi-shift work forces is a plus.
