Business Systems Analyst – Core Banking; Systematics FM

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst with FIS Systematics experience to support core banking projects. The ideal candidate will have deep hands‑on experience with FIS Systematics GL and FM core modules and a strong understanding of mainframe systems with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

• Work across 2–3 concurrent projects focused on core banking deposits
• Collaborate within agile pods alongside PMs, solution designers, developers, and QA testers
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and mapping documents
• Support API development and integration efforts
• Conduct gap analysis, including data mapping, validation, and research
• Write and maintain system use cases and support functional testing
• Review solution designs to ensure alignment with requirements
• Assist QA testers with defect resolution and system parameter updates

• Minimum 2 years of recent hands‑on experience with FIS Systematics FM and GL; understanding of the application functionality
• Technical proficiency either in mainframe (COBOL, TSO/ISPF, CAVIEW, PDS & Easytrieve, File‑Aid, Endevor) or strong application experience with Excel
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to write clear and concise system use cases

• Core conversion experience

Within 50 miles of Fort Lauderdale, FL;
Mount Laurel, NJ;
Charlotte, NC. Duration: 18‑24 months – potential to convert to FTE depending on performance and headcount.
