Job Description
- Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution.
- Phone soft skills, troubleshooting, service desk experience a plus, understand of computers and their operating systems.
- A degree (2 or 4 year) in a technical related field.
- Will be providing support via phone, email and chat.
- Experience working in a service desk previously is a plus.
- Looking for a technical background and a candidate who is engaged and ready to learn.
- Manager is looking for some level of technical experience, but will also consider recent college grads.
