This is a on‑site role Hybrid position for Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) Consulting/PM Resources. The role involves leading and supporting Epicor P21 implementations, upgrades, and optimizations, including requirements gathering, solution design, and configuration. Daily responsibilities include analyzing existing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and advising clients on best practices within P21. The role also includes managing project timelines and resources, coordinating with client stakeholders, and ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.

The consultant will provide end‑user training, documentation, and ongoing support to help client teams adopt and effectively use the system. The Ideal person for this role is based in New England.

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess business processes, interpret data, and translate requirements into Epicor P21 solutions.
• Resource Management experience to plan, prioritize, and coordinate project activities and stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent Communication capabilities, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Training skills to design and deliver effective end‑user and administrator training on Epicor P21 and related workflows.
• Consulting expertise to guide clients through change management, process improvement, and ERP best practices.
• Hands‑on experience with Epicor Prophet 21 or similar ERP platforms in manufacturing or distribution environments.
• Proven project management experience, including managing multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and maintain a client‑focused mindset.
• Familiarity with manufacturing and distribution operations, including inventory, purchasing, sales, and production workflows.
