User Experience Designer

Must provide a digital portfolio/E-commerce/storefront project case study

Mandatory Requirements:

• Strong expertise in UX Design and Figma
• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Prior experience working on e-commerce, digital storefront, or customer-facing web experiences
• Digital portfolio/case studies are required and should clearly demonstrate relevant e-commerce/storefront UX projects

We are seeking a UX Designer to support our product team with ongoing site enhancements and roadmap-driven initiatives.

This individual will partner closely with our UX Manager and Storefront Product Management team to help execute a growing portfolio of planned initiatives and improvements across our digital experiences.

• Translating business requirements into intuitive, user-centered experiences.
• Creating wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conducting competitive analyses and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.
• Bringing UX best practices and design guidelines to the table while ensuring consistency and adherence to established standards.
• Supporting iterative enhancements and optimizations across existing experiences.
• Incorporating stakeholder feedback and leveraging user-centered design principles to deliver effective solutions.

• Proficiency with Figma required
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills.
