Job Title: Solution Architect
- Telecom Service Provider (4G/5G)

Location: Dallas, TX / Basking Ridge, NJ or Middle town, NJ (Hybrid)

Position Type: Full-time or Contract any

Drive comprehensive solutions that involve bringing together the different technology domains in a Telecom Service Provider to create new services or features in existing services that has business value to TSP's and end customers be it enterprise, Small Medium Business or Consumer.

This role requires understanding of telecom technologies, systems integration, and the ability to guide teams through complex projects and deriving end to end solution engineering.

• 10+ years of experience in Telecom Domain
• Proven track record of designing and implementing telecom solutions
• Understand Telecom protocols, standards, and technologies
• Design end to end solutions for TSP's across technology domains to meet business requirements
• Actively interact with TSP Directors, Managers on the technology, domain, business case and value.
• Stitch the connect point across different domains, existing solutions and define value addition ideas
• Innovate new solutions and features that add value to TSP's, end customers and has a business value
• Create detailed documentation of solution architecture and design processes
• Drive workshops with the customers on specific technology/solutions, understanding their requirements, getting into problem solving mode and providing solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather internal solutions and external with customer contacts for inputs.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in telecom technologies
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams
• Support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and solutions
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
• Knowledge on AI/GenAI and derive GenAI based solutions, enablers, accelerators for new and existing projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Pay Range Min: $155,000/ year
• Pay Range Max: $170,000/ year

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
