Position Overview
As a Data Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain data solutions that support data generation, collection, and processing. Your day‑to‑day activities will include creating data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and implementing extract, transform, and load processes to migrate and deploy data across various systems. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and optimize scalable data pipelines to support complex data workflows and analytics.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate data solutions that meet business requirements.
- Analyze and troubleshoot data issues to ensure accuracy and reliability of data assets.
- Support and mentor less experienced colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data engineering processes and tools to enhance overall team performance.
- Work onsite with the client 3 days per week in Jersey City, NJ;
Addison, TX; or Charlotte, NC.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience as a highly skilled engineer with strong data engineering, integration, and automation experience.
- Deep proficiency in SQL, Python, Java, and Power Shell, with ability to extract, transform, and operationalize data across multiple platforms.
- Knowledge of Genesys Cloud, NIC Call Recording, Nexidia Interaction Analytics, NICE IEX Workforce Management, APA, Robotic Automation, and Symon Korbyt Wallboard technology.
- Associate Degree.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Java software development, API integration, and data visualization.
Onsite locations include Jersey City, NJ;
Addison, TX; and Charlotte, NC. Hourly salary range is $44 to $54, varying by office location, role, skill set, and experience.
