Soni is partnered with a client seeking a Principal Data Architect to lead the vision, strategy, and evolution of Subaru of America's enterprise data architecture. This senior leadership role is responsible for defining scalable, secure, and business-aligned data platforms, governance, integration, analytics, and information security strategies that enable enterprise-wide decision making and digital transformation.
As a key member of the Enterprise Architecture team, you will partner with business and technology leaders to establish data standards, drive innovation, and ensure enterprise data solutions are secure, compliant, and built for the future.
Responsibilities:- Define and evolve the enterprise data architecture, including data platforms, integration, governance, analytics, and security.
- Develop and execute a 3-5-year enterprise data strategy aligned with business objectives and emerging technologies, including AI and intelligent automation.
- Lead enterprise data initiatives and establish architecture standards that promote scalability, interoperability, and high-quality data.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements through effective governance and risk management.
- Design enterprise-scale data solutions that support business growth, resilience, and long-term sustainability.
- Collaborate with fellow Principal Architects to align enterprise architecture standards and technology roadmaps.
- Influence executive stakeholders, mentor technical teams, and champion best practices in enterprise data architecture.
- Represent Subaru externally through industry events, technology partnerships, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Extensive experience designing and leading enterprise data architecture strategies within complex organizations.
- Deep expertise in data platforms, data integration, governance, analytics, and enterprise information security.
- Strong understanding of cloud data ecosystems, AI/data technologies, and modern enterprise architecture practices.
- Experience developing enterprise architecture standards, roadmaps, and governance frameworks.
- Proven ability to influence executive leadership and lead large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
$170,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
