Safari Solutions is seeking a motivated Level I Help Desk Analyst to join our Service Desk team in Cedar Knolls, NJ. You will be the first point of contact for clients, delivering fast IT support across desktops, apps, and networking in a fast-paced MSP environment.
You will gain exposure to Windows, Microsoft 365, VPNs, VoIP/UCaaS, and cloud platforms while growing toward Tier 2/3 roles. This onsite role offers potential hybrid work after ramp-up and a focus on excellent client experience.
