What This Role Actually Looks Like
This is a
hybrid service + production role
, but not in the overwhelming way most agencies structure it.
- You’ll manage and grow client relationships—not just react to emails all day
- Work warm leads and referrals (not pure cold calling)
- Handle endorsements, renewals, and coverage reviews with support
- Use
AMS
360
in a structured, organized workflow environment
- $65,000 – $85,000 first-year expected earnings
- Additional upside for producers who want to grow a book
- No chaos or disorganized books
- No micromanaging
- Leadership that understands agency workload
- Real work-life balance (not just a buzzword)
- Flexibility once you’re established
- Licensed P&C professional with agency experience
- Comfortable handling clients AND identifying opportunities
