- - Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation planning, carrier coordination, and freight cost optimization for both inbound and outbound shipments (domestic & international).
- - Inventory management: order fulfillment, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- - Implement and refine warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory accuracy, streamline workflows, and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, sales, customer service) to align supply chain plans with business demands, resolve delivery delays, and improve customer satisfaction.
- - Analyze logistics and warehouse performance metrics (e.g., on-time delivery rate, inventory turnover, order fulfillment efficiency) to identify improvement opportunities and drive cost-saving initiatives.
- - Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and transportation safety standards for global shipments.
- - Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- - 2+ years of proven experience in logistics coordination and warehouse management.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, 1
Ship, Fishbowl)；familiarity with Excel for data analysis (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). - - Strong knowledge of global logistics processes, including international shipping, customs clearance, and carrier management (air, sea, ground).
- - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- - Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams, external carriers, and suppliers.
- - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in inventory management and documentation; problem-solving mindset to address operational challenges proactively.
- - Relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM, CPSM) are a plus.
