Supply Chain Excellence Co-Op

• Assist with analysis, development, and implementation of supply chain initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Assist with deployment of strategic Supply Chain Excellence projects
• Support continuous improvement of deployment methodologies, tools, and frameworks
• Support standardization, documentation, and best-practice adoption
• Lead scoped projects delivering short- and long-term business value
• Apply problem-solving, structured analysis, and project management principles
• Provide proactive business analytics to identify risk trends and operational opportunities
• Drive insights through data mining, analysis, and visualization of supply chain operations and performance metrics
• Participate in operational excellence and continuous-improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to identify and evaluate opportunities across supply chain functions
• Plan and lead a Co-op engagement event at the New Brunswick, NJ campus or another Johnson & Johnson facility
• Support supply chain functions including OT Cyber Security, System Design & Sustainment, and Portfolio Management
• Capture current-state processes, draft standard operating procedures, assist with process-improvement projects, identify system requirements, support digital-tool integration, analyze data, and contribute to user documentation and training

• Actively enrolled in an accredited University for the duration of the Co-Op assignment
• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree
• Preferably a Junior or Senior graduating in December 2027
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 required; GPA of 3.0 or higher strongly preferred
• Preferred disciplines:
  Business General, Supply Chain, Communication and Marketing, or Engineering
• Strong analytical skills
• Basic understanding of supply chain concepts
• Familiarity with digital technologies
• Effective communication and teamwork capabilities
• Permanently authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must not require employment visa sponsorship at the time of application or in the future
• Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT generally do not meet program requirements unless eligible for an alternative long-term status without company sponsorship
