Gares Senior Concierge is seeking a polished, service-oriented professional to serve as the on-site Community Concierge Manager within a premier active adult or senior living community.
This individual will be the primary point of contact for residents, families, and community leadership, coordinating and overseeing all GSC services delivered within the property. The role combines hospitality, relationship management, scheduling coordination, and operational leadership.
The Community Concierge Manager represents the GSC brand and ensures a seamless, high-touch resident experience.
Core Responsibilities Resident Engagement & Relationship Management- Serve as the face of GSC within the community
- Build trust with residents and families
- Identify service needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain ongoing communication and follow-up
- Coordinate scheduling of all concierge services
- Interface with GSC CCA’s, service delivery, and service partners
- Manage daily calendar and service logistics
- Ensure efficient routing and clustering of services
- Resolve scheduling conflicts proactively
- Maintain strong relationship with property management
- Participate in community events and resident meetings
- Support leasing team with move-in concierge services
- Provide periodic service reporting to community leadership
- Educate residents on subscription options
- Support enrollment and onboarding process
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain accurate documentation in CRM
- Ensure adherence to service standards
- Coordinate quality control and feedback loops
The ideal Community Concierge Manager is a polished and service-driven professional who brings both warmth and operational discipline to the role. This individual presents with confidence and professionalism, serving as a trusted and visible presence within the community while representing the Gares Senior Concierge brand with integrity and poise.
We are seeking someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills who is naturally relationship-oriented and comfortable engaging with residents, families, property leadership, and service partners. The ability to build trust quickly and communicate clearly — both verbally and in writing — is essential.
A background in hospitality, healthcare coordination, senior services, property operations, or a related field is strongly preferred. Experience in environments that require high-touch service and attention to detail will position the candidate for success.
Operationally, the ideal candidate has experience with scheduling, logistics coordination, or managing service delivery. They are highly organized, capable of balancing multiple priorities, and able to maintain composure in a fast-paced setting. Comfort with CRM platforms, scheduling systems, and digital communication tools is important, as the role requires accurate documentation, tracking, and coordination across teams.

Experience Preferred- 3–7 years in hospitality, healthcare coordination, senior services, or property operations
- Experience in IL/AL/55+ environments a plus
- Background in concierge, case management, or client services ideal
