Salary: $60,000
What Devereux Looks for in YOU:- Oversee projects that will range in scope and size relative to residential program facilities to include: community based administrative offices, group homes, and day programs.
- Respond to internal and external facility related requests to include preventative, routine, and renovation projects.
- Keep internal and external partners apprised of the status of projects throughout its duration to ensure that deliverables is met, this includes.
- Solicit feedback from the program partners and evaluate customer satisfaction levels to determine if customer needs are met.
- Prepare purchase orders for work to be performed, as well as budgeting responsibilities.
- Communicate with vendor on maintenance needed and negotiate cost.
- Approve and code invoice to signify work is satisfactorily completed.
You'd make a great Facilities Coordinator if you have:
- High School Diploma/GED, Associates or Bachelors degree in facilities management, building, business or other related field preferred.
- A minimum of two years of facilities management experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of building management and facility and maintenance operations.
- Able to work independently and with a team with accuracy.
- Sound organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service orientation.
