Process Operator I is responsible for setting up, adjusting, maintaining and operating various manufacturing equipment such as automatic glass washers, depyrogenation tunnels, cappers, tray loaders, and automatic bag openers. The role ensures compliance with all cGMPs, SOPs, equipment parameters and safety regulations. Training of other operators is required, though there are no supervisory responsibilities.

• Prepare equipment at the start of each lot.
• Verify incoming components for correctness using Order Number.
• Set up and operate equipment throughout the shift.
• Monitor parameters such as machine speed, water pressure, temperature and belt speed and record them per SOPs and cGMPs.
• Clean and clear equipment and work area at the beginning and end of each production run.
• Maintain quality of machine output, reporting manufacturing/component deviations and process deviations to the area Process Supervisor or designee.
• Complete all required batch record and logbook paperwork.
• Train individuals on equipment when required.
• Maintain general housekeeping of equipment and area throughout the shift.
• Work overtime as required to support business needs.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management personnel.

• Physical Demands: On feet 100% of the time; lifting 5‑40 lbs continuously; frequent bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Work Environment: Moderate to loud noise; hearing protection may be required; some areas may be warm and humid.

Hourly rate: $20.00 per hour. Compensation will be determined during the interview process, varying with location, experience, and other factors.
