Assembly / Laborer - 1st Shift

Position:
Assembly / Laborer

Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)

Schedule:

Monday - Friday

Work Environment:
Industrial manufacturing facility, clean and organized, non-climate controlled

Dress Code:
Work boots and work pants required

• Perform assembly, production, and finishing tasks.
• Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, and specialty tools during assembly.
• Operate power tools including grinders, impact guns, drills, and circular saws.
• Attach and assemble pre-manufactured components and parts.
• Drill holes and assist with fabrication processes.
• Load and unload materials from pallets, skids, and transport vehicles.
• Operate forklifts, hoists, lift beams, swivel hooks, and other lifting equipment.
• Move and secure materials to designated production areas.
• Read and follow verbal and written work instructions.
• Support production flow by forwarding completed work to the next department.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or industrial environments.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience with heavy lifting and physical labor.
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.

• Experience with grinders, impact guns, and circular saws.
• Forklift operating experience.
• Painting experience for touch-up work.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cherry Hill, NJ.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
