- Read and interpret batch cards, formulas, and production instructions
- Accurately weigh and measure raw materials, including powders, liquids, and pigments
- Mix ingredients according to established recipes and procedures
- Operate industrial mixing and processing equipment
- Monitor machinery and production processes for efficiency and quality
- Collect product samples for testing and inspection
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing standards
- Assist with general production and housekeeping duties as needed
- 12-Hour Shifts Available
- Weekend Day Shift
- Week Night Shift
- Minimum 2 years of batch making, chemical processing, or machine operation experience
- Ability to read, understand, and follow production formulas and recipes
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
- Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience blending or mixing materials in a manufacturing environment
- Forklift operation experience
- Experience operating and monitoring production machinery
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Manufacturing production setting
- Hands-on role involving raw materials and processing equipment

This is a Contract position based out of Cherry Hill, NJ.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
