- Coordinate medical services to consumers, including appointments with Psychiatrist
- Monitor medication, intervention and supervision of medical or psychiatric emergencies as needed
- Monitor for accuracy of and confirm all physician’s orders
- Coordinate and provide on-going psychiatric assessments on consumers and weekly nursing progress notes
- Provide consumer medication counseling and education
- Monitor for accuracy of and confirm all laboratory orders
- Complete supporting documentation for all of the above duties
- Provide on call support 24 hours for emergencies

Licensed and registered nurse in accordance with New Jersey State licensure.
Must have nursing experience working with individuals who have behavioral health and psychiatric health needs.
- Valid Driver's License
