A recognized comprehensive SUD organization is hiring a Director of Nursing (DON) / Nurse Manager to lead detox services in Cherry Hill, NJ. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing nursing operations, ensuring safe detox protocols, and supporting clients through early recovery.
Lead and supervise detox nursing staff
Oversee medication administration and withdrawal monitoring
Collaborate with physicians on treatment plans
Ensure compliance, documentation, and quality care standards
Maintain 1:9 RN-to-client ratio
Requirements:
Active NJ RN license, detox or behavioral health experience preferred. Salary $130K+ Health, Dental, Vision, 3 weeks PTO, 401K
