Care Options for Kids in New Jersey seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our pediatric home health team. The role focuses on one-on-one, in-home nursing for children with skilled needs, in collaboration with an RN and clinical leadership.
You’ll provide compassionate care, adhere to CDC safety guidelines, maintain PPE, and participate in care planning, scheduling, and on-call support. A NJ LPN license, a current BLS CPR card, and a valid driver's license are required.
