Ascend Hospice & Palliative Care NJ is hiring an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) for the Southwest New Jersey team. This PRN role provides patient-centered hospice care with visits, coordinates with the interdisciplinary team, and supports the Medical Director to maintain high standards of comfort and quality.
