Cadbury at Cherry Hill is looking for an experienced and compassionate LPN Nursing Supervisor to join our team for a weekend-only position
. This is a great opportunity for an experienced LPN who wants a leadership role while maintaining a weekend-focused schedule.

As an LPN Nursing Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure safe, high-quality resident care

• Conduct rounds and monitor residents’ conditions throughout the shift

• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff

• Ensure medications, treatments, and nursing services are provided according to care plans

• Respond appropriately to changes in residents’ conditions and emergencies

• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team

• Review nursing documentation, incidents, and medication records for accuracy

• Ensure compliance with facility policies, nursing standards, and state regulations

• Assist with quality improvement and staff development initiatives

• Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a positive work environment

• Active New Jersey LPN License

• Minimum 2 years of LPN experience

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to lead and support nursing staff

• Current CPR certification preferred

• Competitive Pay: $38–$45 per hour
