LPN Nursing Supervisor – Cherry Hill, NJ 08034 | Weekend Shift

Cadbury at Cherry Hill is looking for an experienced and compassionate LPN Nursing Supervisor to join our team for a weekend-only position. This is a great opportunity for an experienced LPN who wants a leadership role while maintaining a weekend-focused schedule.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs an LPN Nursing Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure safe, high-quality resident care
- Conduct rounds and monitor residents' conditions throughout the shift
- Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff
- Ensure medications, treatments, and nursing services are provided according to care plans
- Respond appropriately to changes in residents' conditions and emergencies
- Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team
- Review nursing documentation, incidents, and medication records for accuracy
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, nursing standards, and state regulations
- Assist with quality improvement and staff development initiatives
- Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a positive work environment
- Active New Jersey LPN License
- Minimum 2 years of LPN experience
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead and support nursing staff
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Competitive Pay: $38–$45 per hour
