Charlotte Tilbury is recruiting Freelance Brand Experts to join our team. As a member of the Freelance Brand Expert team you will demonstrate strong artistry, sales, and customer service skills, teaching customers the brand’s secrets of artistry learned over 20 years of working with top celebrities and brands.

  • Ensure the counter/gondola is customer‑ready from open to close.
  • Maintain excellent counter hygiene standards and clean display units, tools and testers throughout the day.
  • Assist with inventory management: stock counts, rotation, and timely replenishment.
  • Support visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement in communication with Sales and Artistry Executive.
  • Assist in hosting and executing events.
  • Maintain consistent communication with the Brand field team regarding counter/gondola needs or concerns.
  • Maintain high standards in scheduling, clocking in/out, and submitting timesheets on the payroll application (All Work).

Must be sales driven with experience in beauty and retail.

Strong artistry and service talents.

Passion and enthusiasm for Charlotte Tilbury, delivering her philosophy of “artistry made easy” and creating a personalized shopping experience.

Current or former experience promoting and creating makeup magic in a store, representing brand ethos, products, and image.

Ability to achieve sales targets through an exceptional customer experience.
