Auto Delivery Specialist

Subaru of Cherry Hill needs to hire a Delivery Specialist who is tech-savvy and has a passion for vehicles. You will be required to learn every feature of the vehicles, so that you will be able to describe and demonstrate all those features to the customers. You must be prepared to stay late if there are customers in dealership. If you fit this description and are courteous, reliable and very friendly, we want to talk to you!

Hours:

Mondays: 9am - 5pm;
Tuesdays: OFF;
Wednesdays: 9am - 8pm;
Thursdays: 1pm - 8pm;
Fridays: 9am - close which is normally 6pm but may have to stay later if customers are here
Saturdays: 9am - close which is normally 5pm but may have to stay later if customers are here

Working Saturdays is mandatory.

Sundays: CLOSED

Delivery Specialist Job Description:

Our Delivery Specialists are the backbone of our dealership, helping our clients understand how all the options in their new car operate, assist with paperwork and support the sales teams with anything needed to help us be successful.

Delivery Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in a timely, efficient and friendly manner with enthusiasm
• Ensure that customers who purchase new Subarus have extraordinary knowledge of new vehicle features and operations
• Review Owners Manual with guests to assist with their knowledge of vehicle features, maintenance schedules, lemon laws, towing procedures etc.
• Set up Bluetooth Systems and Navigation
• Assist Sales Consultants with demonstrations of vehicle features when needed
• Communicate to each guest the importance of the survey while maintaining a positive attitude
• Ensure vehicle and accessory brochures are ordered and stocked
• Responsible for lot upkeep and moving cars as needed
• Assist management and Sales staff with additional tasks as needed

Delivery Specialist Requirements:

• Previous experience is not required but is a Plus!
• Attain online certification from Subaru to become an effective point person for technical questions on all Subaru vehicles
• Professional appearance and strong communications skills
• Basic computer skills
• Strong record of positive customer service results with customer focused attitude
• Team oriented
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
