As a Roofing Sales Representative, you'll connect with homeowners, educate them on our roofing solutions, and schedule inspections for our experienced roofing consultants. You'll receive company-provided leads while also generating your own opportunities through neighborhood outreach and relationship building. Every conversation is an opportunity to help homeowners protect one of their biggest investments.

No roofing experience? No problem. We provide industry-leading training and mentorship to help you build the skills and confidence needed to succeed.

• Meet with homeowners and build lasting relationships within the community.
• Generate new business through neighborhood outreach and company-provided leads.
• Schedule roof inspections and consultations for qualified homeowners.
• Educate customers on roofing services, storm damage, insurance restoration, and replacement options.
• Follow up with prospective customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments.
• Represent Top Line Roofing with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive, coachable attitude.
• Comfortable working outdoors and meeting homeowners face-to-face.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Goal-oriented with a desire to earn uncapped commissions.
