Role:
Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS) in the Cardiovascular community, focusing on engaging healthcare providers (HCPs) to promote BMS cardiovascular medicines and drive appropriate use.
- execute portfolio promotion through scientific dialogue, in-office presentations, and external speaker programs
- build and maintain credibility with regional thought leaders and community-based physicians
- utilize digital tools like CE^3 and SOPHIA for insights and call planning
- collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experience
- ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- advanced scientific degree or 5+ years in pharma/biotech sales, MSL, or healthcare
- proven ability to communicate scientific data convincingly
- experience in cardiovascular preferred
- strong account management, selling skills, and track record of exceeding goals
- cardiovascular therapeutic area
- patient‑centric engagement
- field‑based with significant external customer interactions
- leveraging digital communication tools
- working in a team‑oriented environment
