. This is a hands-on, on-site opportunity for individuals looking to develop valuable experience in sales, marketing, customer engagement, and business development.

As a Retail Brand Specialist, you’ll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to build brand awareness, engage directly with customers, and support business growth through promotional campaigns and customer interactions within our partnered retail locations.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute retail campaigns that increase customer engagement and support sales growth.
• Represent our clients and their brands in a professional, positive, and engaging manner.
• Interact directly with customers in retail environments to increase brand awareness and generate sales.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships while identifying individual customer needs.
• Educate customers on products and services while clearly communicating key features and benefits.
• Attend client and product training sessions to develop strong product knowledge.
• Identify sales opportunities and consistently work toward meeting or exceeding performance goals.
• Maintain a professional presence while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support successful campaigns and overall business growth.

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, retail, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
