Summary
The Lingerie Salesperson provides personalized service and fit guidance to help customers find comfortable, confidence-enhancing styles. This in-store role builds customer relationships and works toward sales goals through digital and in-person interactions.
Responsibilities- Conduct bra fittings and provide size, fit, and style guidance.
- Build customer relationships through personalized service and honest feedback.
- Achieve sales goals in-store and digitally using tools such as text and social media.
- Maintain product knowledge and keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, marking down prices, and light cleaning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, sensitivity, and a body-positive approach to fittings for customers of diverse shapes and sizes.
- Self-motivation, interest in networking and technology, and ability to work toward sales goals.
- Organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability based on business needs.
