Summary
The Retail Sales Associate helps customers find apparel that suits their style and fit preferences while building lasting customer relationships. The role supports both in-store and digital selling and helps keep the department customer-ready.
Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools.
- Build customer relationships and provide helpful, confident feedback on style and fit.
- Develop fashion and product knowledge and open new rewards accounts.
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, process markdowns, and maintain the department.
- Work flexible hours and provide support in other departments when needed.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable using networking and technology to achieve sales goals.
- Ability to work well on a team, prioritize tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 25 pounds.
