Shop Rite - - Responsibilities:
Detect and deter theft to protect company assets using observation and CCTV;
Utilize loss prevention tools (Lane Hawk, Smart Store) to identify and minimize loss;
Detain or apprehend customers, associates, and vendors for theft in accordance with company policy;
Maintain security and safety of store premises and assist with cash handling procedures;
Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service while communicating with store management and loss prevention
