Qualifications
  • AERCO Boiler Certification
  • HVAC Universal License
  • Valid New Jersey driver’s license, maintained in good status during employment
  • Knowledge of HVAC & HVAC/R equipment, pumps, drives, cooling towers, chillers, boilers, split systems, rooftop units, refrigeration equipment, univents, PTAC units
  • Assist the Assistant Manager – Maintenance and train maintenance staff in proper operation of HVAC systems; develop an effective working plan
  • Ability to observe established safety procedures and policy
  • All other duties as assigned: basic general maintenance, electrical & plumbing
  • Hours:

    6:30 am – 3:00 pm
  • Salary: $55,000‑$72,000 per year
  • Full‑time staff eligible for medical, prescription, and dental benefits; sick, personal and bereavement days included
Responsibilities

Resident Requirement

Candidates must become a New Jersey resident within one year of starting the position as per P.L. 2011, c. 70.

Legal Requirement
