Perform daily rounds, including checking boilers and water systems;
Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, cleaning, and repairs of machinery and equipment;
Troubleshoot and repair various electrical wiring, switches, relays, contractors, starters, AC/DC drives, and motors;
Run conduit, wire outlets, breakers, transformers, and lighting;
Diagnose and repair hydraulic/pneumatic valves and cylinders, replacing or repairing as needed
