This is a full-time 1099 contract position, working 7 am–4 pm, Monday through Friday, with weekend availability.

• Review job details and prepare tools for the day
• Arrive at the home ready to transform a bathroom in a single day
• Remove existing units and complete tub‑to‑shower or walk‑in conversions
• Take precise measurements and ensure secure fittings
• Problem‑solve calmly on site and maintain a spotless workspace
• Communicate professionally with the homeowner, protect their home, and deliver a finished installation that meets standards

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience with one-day bath or shower installation
• Experience in construction, remodeling, or plumbing
• Strong understanding of tools, materials, and safety practices
• Skilled, detail-oriented, and quality-driven
• Calm, professional, and respectful in the home
• Accountable, reliable, and punctual
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work on feet for extended periods
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong homeowner-facing communication skills are preferred
