Accela Healthcare is seeking a skilled Regional Commercial HVAC Technician to support multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities throughout New Jersey and the Greater Philadelphia area. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining critical HVAC systems that keep our residents comfortable and our facilities operating safely and efficiently.

Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems across multiple facilities
Service rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, package units, air handlers, heat pumps, exhaust systems, and make-up air units
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues
Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment performance
Respond to emergency HVAC service calls as needed
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Work closely with Regional Maintenance Directors and facility leadership
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable safety regulations
Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC experience
Experience servicing:
Rooftop Units (RTUs)
Split Systems
Package Units
Air Handlers
Heat Pumps
Chillers (preferred)
Exhaust and Make-Up Air Systems
EPA Section 608 Universal Certification
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
Ability to climb ladders and work safely at heights
Ability to participate in emergency and after-hours service calls when necessary
