- Subcontractor with Calm Water & Bath
! Based in Cherry Hill, NJ, we serve the needs of homeowners all throughout South Jersey. In this role, you'll work with our skilled crew to complete one-day residential installations and breathe new life into customers' homes.
Pay: your pay depends on the jobs you contribute to, receiving 8 - 10% of the project's revenue for an earning potential of $200,000 - $250,000/year
Schedule:
standard hours are 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday, and overtime is available on the weekends
Full-Time Potential: after 6 months of working with us, you could grow into a W2 position (depending on performance)

Qualifications:- Sprinter van or similar work vehicle
- Ability to bring your own tools
- Positive mindset and a motivation to do your best
- Experience working in the wet area (showers, pools, roofs, etc.) - a bonus!
- Subcontractor:
You’ll travel to homes throughout South Jersey (Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, etc.) and work alongside dedicated trade professionals to complete impressive one‑day installations! You’ll follow our step‑by‑step process and work safely in the wet area to get the job done correctly and quickly. Customer satisfaction is your ultimate goal, and you’ll take pride in doing an amazing job for homeowners throughout the state!
