Yard Technician – One-Month Assignment

Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Bear Staffing is hiring a Yard Technician to assist with the maintenance, repair, painting, and general preparation of modular buildings and mobile office units.
This is a hands-on, one-month assignment for someone with experience in construction, maintenance, painting, or general labor. Candidates should be dependable, comfortable using basic tools, and willing to help wherever needed in the yard.
Responsibilities- Assist with general maintenance and repairs
- Prepare and paint interior and exterior surfaces
- Complete basic carpentry and construction tasks
- Help repair walls, flooring, doors, and windows
- Clean and prepare modular units for customer delivery
- Use hand and power tools safely
- Load, unload, and organize materials
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Assist with other yard duties as needed
- Previous maintenance, construction, painting, or general labor experience
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Weekly pay
- Monday–Friday schedule
- One-month assignment
