Job Description

• 5+ Years experience in Commercial & Residential Installations is preferred
• Must have personal & professional references
• Must have a clean / valid NJ drivers license
• Must have a reliable mode of transportation
• Must have the physical abilities to work in a rigorous environment
• Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks while working efficiently
• Must own HVAC tools
• Must be EPA certified Type 2
• Must be able to read and understand blueprints, project specifications and equipment submittals
• Plan daily work activity and develop weekly work plans for the crew along side the owners
• Oversee a crew or group of workers responsible for completing project work scopes
• Must be willing to work after hours and weekends on occasion
• Oversee the overall construction as outlined in the project work scope and work with Contractor/Client to ensure project progresses according to the schedule
• Install all types of duct, including hangers, fire dampers, connect grills and other duct accessories

PAY:
Based on experience

Salary: TBD on experience

Education:

High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

HVAC/R: 5 years (Preferred)

Ductwork: 5 years (Preferred)

Language:
English (Required)

License/Certification:

VALID Driver's License (Required)

EPA Type II (Required)

EPA Certification (Required)
