Job Summary

The ideal candidate is a hands-on development leader with deep expertise in frontend and backend technologies, strong command of Java Spring Boot, and the ability to drive execution across distributed teams. This role is strictly focused on application development and delivery, not SRE or tooling.

Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Leadership & Development
Lead a team of 5-6 engineers with a strong focus on hands-on coding
Drive end-to-end feature development from design to production
Ensure adherence to clean code practices, design patterns, and development standards
Conduct code reviews and maintain high-quality, scalable code

2. Frontend Development
Build modern, scalable UI applications using:
HTML, CSS
JavaScript (ES6+)
JSX
Redux
Develop reusable components and optimize frontend performance
Ensure responsive design and seamless user experience

3. Backend Development
Develop and maintain backend services using:
Java Spring Boot framework
Build RESTful APIs and microservices
Design and optimize MySQL databases
Implement event-driven architecture using Kafka

4. Cloud & Deployment
Build and deploy applications on Microsoft Azure
Use Docker for containerization
Support CI/CD pipelines for application delivery
Ensure applications are scalable, secure, and production-ready

5. Requirement Understanding & Execution
Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and acceptance criteria
Translate requirements into technical designs and implementation plans
