Senior Java AWS Developer; Production Support

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java AWS Developer to support a critical enterprise application responsible for L2/L3 Production Support and Business-as-Usual (BAU) activities
. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, AWS, cloud-native technologies, and production support within a large-scale enterprise environment.

The role involves maintaining application stability, resolving production issues, implementing regulatory enhancements, supporting infrastructure upgrades, and ensuring application resiliency.

• Perform incident triage and problem management.
• Conduct application health checks and proactive monitoring.
• Support user education and issue resolution.
• Analyze production incidents and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Monitor application performance and system availability.

• Generate ad-hoc reports and data extracts.
• Investigate and resolve application defects.
• Implement market and regulatory mandated enhancements.
• Perform technology lifecycle management (TLM) upgrades and platform changes.
• Execute FARM findings remediation, including vulnerability fixes and patch/version upgrades.
• Support audit requests, recertifications, and access management activities.
• Provide SRE/Infrastructure support for production environments.
• Participate in release planning, deployments, and post-release support.

• 10+ years of experience in Java application development.
• Strong expertise in Java with working knowledge of Python and Bash scripting
  .
• Extensive experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot
  .
• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications.
• Experience with messaging platforms such as Apache Kafka
  .
• Strong SQL skills with expertise in relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Oracle
  .
• Proven experience supporting production applications in enterprise environments.
