Senior Service Now Developer | Enterprise Workflow & Integrations

We're looking for an experienced Senior Service Now Developer to lead the design and delivery of enterprise workflows, integrations, and AI-powered automation solutions.

You'll play a key role in connecting Service Now, Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Workday, and other enterprise platforms
, helping to transform employee and business experiences across Procurement, Finance, and HR.

• Design and develop Service Now workflows, catalog solutions, portals, and case management applications
• Build and support integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and Integration Spokes
• Deliver AI-enabled solutions leveraging Now Assist, AI Search, Virtual Agent, and Generative AI
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and external technology partners
• Support development, deployment, optimisation, and production support activities

• 6+ years' Service Now development experience
• Strong Integration Hub and API integration expertise
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and/or Workday integrations
• Knowledge of Procurement, Finance, HR, and Employee Service processes

• Service Now CAD or CIS certifications
• Employee Center and HRSD experience
• Exposure to Moveworks, IBM watsonx, or enterprise AI platforms
