- Design, develop, and enhance solutions within the NICE Actimize Case Management platform (Act One / RCM).
- Build, maintain, and upgrade Act One/RCM Java plug-ins, ensuring performance, scalability, and adherence to platform standards.
- Lead and support Act One upgrade initiatives across platform modules and custom configurations.
- Implement and configure Actimize solutions to support FinCEN filing requirements, including Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR), Currency Transaction Reports (CTR), and Suspicious Transaction Reports (STR).
- Build, maintain, and optimize Sanctions screening capabilities within the Actimize environment to support AML and compliance workflows.
- Develop high-quality Java applications with a solid understanding of the Java memory model.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries and work across multiple database platforms.
- Implement cloud-native and 12-factor application patterns in distributed systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Dev Ops workflows.
- Work with event-streaming technologies such as Kafka to build scalable integrations.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues across the full stack.
- Strong background in software engineering, demonstrated through professional experience or education.
- Hands-on experience with NICE Actimize Case Management (Act One / RCM) development.
- Proven experience in planning and executing Act One platform upgrades.
- Direct experience developing Act One/RCM custom Java plug-ins.
- Specialized experience in FinCEN regulatory filing implementations (SAR, CTR, STR).
- Applied experience with NICE Actimize Sanctions screening modules and compliance rule configurations.
- Proficiency in SQL and database query optimization across platforms such as Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, or similar.
- Knowledge of 12-factor and cloud-native design principles on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or PCF.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, Selenium) and methodologies like TDD or BDD (Cucumber/Gherkin).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, or Git Hub Actions).
- Experience using Kafka for event-driven architectures and streaming data integrations.
Salary range $60000 to $125000
