Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced CRM Developer with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) to design, develop, customize, integrate, and support enterprise CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365 CE/CRM applications.
- Develop and customize entities/tables, forms, views, business rules, workflows, business process flows, dashboards, and security roles
. - Develop plugins, custom workflow activities, custom actions, and APIs using C#/.NET.
- Work extensively with Dataverse and Dynamics 365 solution architecture.
- Build integrations between Dynamics 365 and external applications using REST APIs, Web APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Power Automate
, and other integration technologies. - Support data migration, transformation, and integration activities.
- Implement CRM solutions across development, test, and production environments.
- Use Azure Dev Ops/Git for source control, CI/CD, release management, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, performance, and production issues.
- Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Strong development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM
. - Hands-on experience with Dataverse
. - Experience developing plugins, workflows, custom actions, and custom APIs
. - Experience with Dynamics 365 Web API/REST APIs
. - Experience with Power Platform – Power Apps and Power Automate
. - Experience with Azure-based integrations.
- Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops, Git, CI/CD, and CRM solution management
. - Understanding of Dynamics 365 security model, business units, teams, roles, and access controls.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service
, or Marketing. - Power Pages/Portals experience.
- Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
- Power BI integration with Dynamics 365.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Platform certifications.
