Forklift Operator / General Labor Worker – Warehouse Operations

Job Summary:

A reliable and safety-conscious warehouse professional responsible for operating forklifts and performing general labor duties to support efficient daily operations. Experienced in material handling, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Committed to workplace safety, productivity, and accuracy.

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets with precision and care.
• Move, stack, and organize materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, sorting, packing, labeling, and palletizing products.
• Prepare orders for shipment and verify incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Inspect products for damage, discrepancies, or quality issues.
• Keep warehouse facilities clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Follow all company policies and OSHA safety regulations.
• Support supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity goals.

• Valid forklift certification (if required).
• Strong knowledge of warehouse safety practices.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Dependable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting.
