This warehouse position involves the timely and accurate reporting of materials movements that transpire daily. The responsibilities include picking, staging, and receiving materials for sales orders, production work orders, contract manufacturers, vendor materials, customer returns, and engineering projects. The role also covers packing and shipping of products and participation in daily cycle counting and other inventory activities.

• Support inventory and warehouse policies and procedures by completing daily cycle counts.
• Post inventory transactions daily into SAP following warehouse procedures.
• Assist in moving material to and from off‑site warehouses in support of Engineering.
• Collaborate with other warehouse personnel, quality inspection personnel, and shipping personnel to support operations.
• Participate in the warehouse 5S initiative to maintain a safe, clean, organized environment.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of material to allow shipping partners to prepare freight for same‑day pick‑up.
• Confirm all necessary information on documents to avoid material misplacement.
• Remain flexible and support multiple areas of the operation when business needs increase.
• Perform daily cycle counts to maintain a 99.9% inventory accuracy.
• Pack and ship materials domestically or internationally.

A high school diploma and at least two years of related experience are required. Prior experience operating material‑handling equipment (forklift, reach truck, stock picker) is highly preferred.

• Computer proficiency and experience performing inventory transactions in a computer‑based system.
• Knowledge of inventory controls or experience in a managed inventory environment; SAP experience highly desirable.
• Experience processing RMA and MRB products preferred.
• Experience using Excel.
• Comfort leading regular meetings with management and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to manage tasks while ensuring effective communication.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds.
• Availability to work overtime as needed.

The expected salary range for this position is $39,749—$50,348, plus a bonus opportunity. Compensation will consider location, experience, and other job‑related factors.
